Perri, who spent just one season with Leeds in the Premier League, is considered surplus to requirements at Elland Road following the €52m (£45m) signing of England international James Trafford.
Trafford is now Leeds’s all-time most expensive signing and holds the records for the most expensive and second-most expensive English goalkeeper of all time.
Perri, meanwhile, is set to join a Torino side that finished the 2025-26 Serie A season in 12th place. He is expected to be the first-choice keeper under Ignazio Abate
