1. The service

GoalingBreak is a free platform for livescores, news, quizzes and a football community (“the Curva”). By using the service you accept these terms.

2. Account and username

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Your username is public: no offensive or misleading names, no impersonation of clubs, public figures or other people. We may remove accounts or content violating these rules.

3. Curva content

You are responsible for what you post. Illegal content, hate speech, spam and harassment are forbidden. Football banter is welcome; personal attacks are not. You grant GoalingBreak a non-exclusive licence to display the content you post on the platform.

4. Points, trophies and rankings

Curva points, XP, badges, streaks and rankings are game elements with no monetary value: they cannot be converted, transferred or refunded. Anti-abuse: multiple accounts, automation or referral manipulation lead to progress reset or account termination.

5. Referral programme

Invite links attribute the new user to the inviter (90-day first-click cookie). A referral is “validated” only with a real account and a confirmed email.

6. Sports data and availability

Scores, stats and schedules come from third-party providers and may contain errors or delays: no guarantee of accuracy. The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability.

7. Intellectual property

GoalingBreak trademarks, logos and artwork belong to the owner. Team and competition logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; substantial changes will be announced on the platform. Italian law applies; consumer forum where applicable.
